If you're not satisfied with the footwear you've received from us, we'll gladly issue an exchange or refund. We ask that all returns meet the following requirements:
- received within 60 days of the purchase date
- footwear is unworn and complete with all packaging
- packaged in an appropriate shipping carton (Please don't tape-up shoe boxes)
- contain instructions on what you would like done (Exchange or Refund)
Returns received that do not meet these requirements will be delayed and subject to a $20 restocking fee.
Birkenstock of San Diego doesn't require return authorization numbers or notice that you intend on returning an item. You are required to pay for the return shipping; just send them back to our Lemon Grove location (Address provided below) via a traceable and insurable shipping method. We will cover the cost of shipping for exchanged footwear to all domestic locations.
